Complaints procedure webshop

We do our utmost to deliver our product to you in good quality and on time. If you are still dissatisfied with our product, we kindly request that you inform us about it within 30 days by email at Please include at least the following points in the email:

  1. The reason for your complaint.
  2. Send us relevant information that can help us determine what went wrong. Such as the purchase date, invoice number, participant numbers.
  3. Your contact information: name, email address, phone number.

The submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days, counted from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, we will respond within the 14-day period with a message of acknowledgment and an indication of when the client can expect a more detailed response.

In any case, the client must give us a minimum of 4 weeks to resolve the complaint through mutual agreement. After this period, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
